IT Shoppe was launched as an official strategic initiative by the All Kerala IT Dealers Association (AKITDA) to solve a fundamental retail challenge: helping independent, brick-and-mortar technology stores thrive in a rapidly digitizing economy.
Across Kerala’s 14 districts, hundreds of knowledgeable entrepreneurs operate computer sales, network installation, and repair centers. While each business held deep local trust, individual stores lacked the centralized advertising reach, unified brand recognition, and group bargaining power enjoyed by national conglomerates.
IT Shoppe bridges this divide. By bringing accredited dealers under one banner, the initiative guarantees consumers consistent pricing, verified manufacturer sourcing, certified service technicians, and dependable after-sales care in every taluk and municipality.
